Last nights Board of Directors meeting for the ArrowCreek HOA had a complete course correction with the resignation of President John Demgen and Treasurer John Purduk. Community members were in favor of the resignations triggered over the failure of the ClubCorp acquisition and the formal declaration seemed to smooth the meeting agenda completely.

We just get better news everyday for Reno. New York developer Stuart Katzoff, our new baseball stadium owner has been negotiating confidentially for the Grand Sierra Resort. According to Shiela Bair, the Chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. the bulk of the banks across the nation are well heeled and probably will not face any restrictions by the Feds.
