Despite the controversy surrounding the 12,000 unit project on the Winnemucca Ranch now called Spring Mountain, it’s heading back to the Reno Council for a public hearing and discussion this Wednesday at 6:00 pm. The project will be Reno’s first green development regarding maximizing wind, solar and passive energy sources.

There are two divisions of relief heading to Washington that I find very interesting in concept. First, the modification of existing loans package.
