Michelle was raised on the shores of Lake Tahoe from 1956 to 1986 with five brothers and sisters where she worked for her families construction and real estate company in the North Shore of Tahoe. Her early experience in working in real estate began by following her brothers to their construction sites and learning exactly how homes were built. Michelle began selling her brothers custom homes and assisting her family in locating properties in which they could build, develop and remodel homes. During this time she was recognized as the youngest real estate broker in California and Nevada.
Working in the Tahoe basin during these early years demanded a lot of knowledge, and she became uniquely conversant with the TRPA, CTRPA, NTPUD and of course various building departments. Because of this experience, Michelle learned how to navigate complex systems and this ability has expanded over the years in the business. This is a strategic bonus for her clients and has generated millions of dollars in profits by wisely investing in real estate.
For the past twenty five years Michelle has been working exclusively in the luxury and fine home market in the upscale regions of Reno, Lake Tahoe Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Santa Fe and Chicago. She possesses a comprehensive background in the real estate industry including; consulting, business development, investment and administration. Michelle is also highly effective in sales, negotiations, problem solving, communications, contract closing and marketing. In addition to being an excellent Realtor, Michelle is also a para legal and utilizes this skill in every transaction for her clients protections and support.
